Woolington Books makes coloring books. This page says what we collect on woolingtonbooks.com, why, and how to make us forget it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the postcard: your email address, your first name if you give it, your idea for where the Woolingtons should go next, and whether you asked to hear about new books. We also keep the date, and a scrambled code made from your internet address so we can stop a robot sending hundreds of letters. We can't turn that code back into your address.
The site has no ads, no tracking pixels and no analytics cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs to run the site and keep it safe.
What we do with it
We read your ideas, and some of them may become books. If you asked to hear about new books, we email you when one is out, and only about Woolington books. We never sell or rent your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. It is stored with Cloudflare, and our emails are delivered by an email service, both of which handle it only on our behalf.
Unsubscribing and deleting
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom; one click and you won't hear from us again. To have everything we hold about you deleted, or to see it, write to hello@woolingtonbooks.com and we'll do it promptly.
Children
Our books are for children, but this website's postcard is for grown-ups. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a child has written to us, a parent can ask us to delete it, and if we notice it ourselves, we delete it.
Do Not Track
We don't track you across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off; the site works the same either way.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we ever want to use your information in a new way, we will ask first.
